I was born in Colombia and moved to the U.S. when I was young. So, I’ve been traveling before I can even remember. It’s funny when I go back to Colombia, everyone calls me American, especially my family. But, in America, I hear the, “what are you?” question (referring to my ethnicity), basically every time I meet someone new. I’m in a weird position of not fitting in anywhere perfectly. I’m an expat…ish.
Lately, I’ve gotten into a habit of planning future trips before my upcoming trip has even arrived, color-coded itinerary and all. But, it works out because I’m in the process of traveling the world with the best travel partner a girl can ask for (and whoever else decides to come along).
I have a penchant for forgetting just about everything so, this blog is a way to catalog my memories of fascinating places and interesting happenings. And hopefully, someone out there can get something from my experiences as well.

Hiya, that is something I suffer from too. Forgetfulness. Though my partner says I have selective memory when it at times tends to acquire the status of an elephant’s memory 😉 But happy travels and more importantly planning them. Looking forward to browsing your posts . Cheers.
